The Home Health Aide will provide compassionate care to clients, assist with personal and daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for individuals under their care. Responsibilities include fostering communication, supporting physical and emotional well-being, and ensuring a high quality of life for clients. Qualifications Experience and skills in Home Care and Patient CareProficiency in Personal Care and assisting with Activities of Daily LivingExcellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team membersCompassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining professional boundariesReliable and physically able to assist clients with mobility, lifting, or related needsPrevious experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; certification in a relevant field is a plus
