Appraisal Coordinator
Job -
Optimum First Mortgage in Huntington Beach is looking for an appraisal coordinator. This person will be responsible for ordering, logged and handling everything in relation to our appraisals. Right now we are doing about 350 loans per month.
About Us -
We are a direct mortgage lender who has been in business over 14 years. We current have 45 loan originators and 40 supporting staff members. We relaxed dress code and a very easy going management approach.
Pay -
$22 per hour plus bonus per funded loan. Make $4500 - $5500 per month. Full time position, M-F 8-5 or 9-6 work schedule. We also pay 50% of medical for employee only after 90 days.
