Store Manager Job Requirements Confidence Resourcefulness Organizational skills Teamworking skills Verbal communication skills Enthusiasm Problem-solving skills Showing initiative Representing Keith Ace Hardware in a professional, respectable manner Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Creating a culture of Customer Service To lead, train, and develop your staff to work together as a team so that they may operate to their full potential To operate the store as if it were your own and do whatever is necessary to ensure the store's profitability and success Overseeing inventory maintenance, purchasing, and merchandising To provide value for your customers through service Having a world class helpful and knowledgeable team and creating a comfortable, convenient store to shop in Recruiting and appraising staff Training and supervising staff Managing budgets Providing opportunities for staff advancement Other duties as assigned Salary : Base pay + Commission on store's profitability Experience : Leadership Experience preferred, Retail / Home Improvement background a plus Company Background : Keith Properties, Inc. is built upon the successes of 19 retail Ace Hardware locations in and around the Central Texas area.
