Job DescriptionEnterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a group practice in North Carolina, about 40 minutes north of Charlotte, in recruiting a new Orthopedic Surgeon. Join a four-physician group with strong advanced practice provider support. This will be a bread-and-butter ORTHO practice, but candidates with an interest in sports medicine OR hand skills are welcome! About the opportunityMust be board-certified or eligible/Orthopedic Surgeon1:7 shared call currently – call pay is availablePatient ratio 25-30 a day; No Trauma4.5-day work week-operate two days/weekSports Med ORS will be retiring, creating this opportunityGood payors mix leans toward the Medicare populationComfort with general orthopedic cases requiredEMR = Allscripts w/e-prescribing Compensation/BenefitsMGMA Median base plus productivityEligible to be a shareholder after one yearOpportunity to share ancillary income: Lab, Imaging, Urgent CaresSign-on bonus & Relocation allowanceMalpractice with a tail coveredCommunity/LocationLocated 40 miles north of Charlotte!
