The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in various maintenance tasks, including exterior and interior repairs, painting, fence repairs, and remodeling. This position requires frequent travel to various construction sites, providing an exciting opportunity for the right individual to apply their skills and expertise in diverse settings. Responsibilities:As a Consulting Traveling Maintenance professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:1. Conducting regular inspections of residential builds to identify and fix maintenance issues2. Performing various handyman tasks such as painting, fence repairs, and interior/exterior repairs3. Overseeing remodeling and home remodeling projects to ensure quality and adherence to plans4. Managing inventory of materials and equipment, and making necessary purchases5. Pumping water and handling other plumbing-related tasks6. Performing annual maintenance checks and services7. Shredding documents and maintaining a clean and organized work environment8. Collaborating with construction teams and other professionals to ensure smooth operations9. Providing expert advice and consulting services related to maintenance of residential buildsQualifications:The ideal candidate for the position of Consulting Traveling Maintenance professional will have the following qualifications:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the construction industry2. Proven experience in handyman tasks, exterior and interior repairs, painting, and fence repairs3. Experience in remodeling and home remodeling projects4. Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing5. Proficiency in pumping water and handling other plumbing-related tasks6. Demonstrated ability to shred documents and maintain a clean and organized work environment7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently8. Strong communication and consulting skills9. Ability to travel frequently to various construction sites10.
