*Job Overview* At CarePatrol, we specialize in assisting families in finding the ideal assisted living and memory care facilities for their loved ones. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including social workers, discharge planners, and doctors' offices, to secure regular referrals for our assisted living placement services. Key Responsibilities: Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, social workers, discharge planners, and doctors' offices Conduct regular visits to referral sources to strengthen partnerships and generate referrals Attend trade shows and events to expand your network, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities Demonstrate the ability to generate a comfortable number of actionable referrals per month from referral sources Adapt to either full-time or part-time work arrangements based on your availability and preferences Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on home care, assisted living, or healthcare services Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with referral sources Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive to succeed Personable and social individual with the ability to interact well with others At CarePatrol, we value our employees and offer a highly competitive salary.
