Position- Lightning Web Component DeveloperLocation- USA (Remote)Job Responsibilites-Technical SkillsProficiency in Salesforce: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including CRM and various Salesforce products.LWC Development: Experience with Lightning Web Components, including creation, deployment, and maintenance.JavaScript Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming and DOM manipulation.HTML/CSS Skills: Proficiency in building responsive user interfaces with HTML and CSS, including frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.Apex Development: Familiarity with Apex for server-side logic and integration with LWC.API Integration: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for data integration and external services.Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems like Git.Testing Frameworks: Experience with Jest or other testing frameworks for unit testing LWC components.ExperienceSalesforce Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Architect.Project Experience: Previous experience in building and deploying Salesforce applications using LWC in real-world projects.Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).Educational BackgroundA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred but not always required, depending on experience.Additional ConsiderationsExperience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines can be beneficial.Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns is a plus.
