Lineman - II Telecom

What You’ll Be Doing Install, repair, and maintain fiber and telecom lines in the field Run equipment safely and confidently: - Bucket trucks - Digger derricks - Excavators Use hand and power tools daily — no babysitting required Climb poles and work at height using hooks, ladders, and proper PPE Set up and maintain safe work zones to keep traffic moving Support crew members and help get the job done right Travel on short notice for storm response when needed What You Need to Bring 3+ years of lineman experience (required) High School Diploma, GED, or solid field experience Valid state driver’s license (no provisional licenses) CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one Authorized to work in the U.S. Must be at least 18 years old Physical Requirements (Read This) Work above shoulder height and at elevation Climb poles, stairs, and ladders Bend, stoop, stand, and walk for long shifts Lift up to 55 lbs Work outdoors in all conditions — heat, cold, wind, and rain If that sounds normal to you, you’re our kind of lineman.
