Software Engineer IV (Test Automation Architect)Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid/Onsite RoleW2 Only (Local Candidates Only — No OPT/CPT/H1) Role Overview:We are looking to strengthen our automation testing capabilities, with a primary focus on functional testing rather than unit testing.UI and API testing frameworks are already in place; this role will focus on expanding automation coverage into additional testing areas.Serve as Level 3 technical support for Functional Test Automation during established office hours and enterprise chat channels, handling escalations beyond L1/L2 support. Primary Testing Areas May Include:Testing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) developed using Terraform or AnsibleData testingWindows application testingBatch application testing Required Background:Strong experience in test automation and functional testingAbility to consult with customers and provide solution‑oriented guidanceExperience defining, improving, and implementing automation testing standardsStrong technical writing and documentation skillsProficiency in Java, C#, or Python
