About the Role Supports and motivates students/graduates in preparation for employment in the industry for which they have trained. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for coaching, motivating, and tracking graduates to gain entry-level employment within 120 days of graduation. Responsible for inbound/outbound calls relating to the Career Services department. Motivating students and graduates by actively listening to their goals and aligning their goals with employment opportunities. Make 35 - 55 outbound phone calls per day. Use the appropriate PowerPoint presentation for all CPS meetings. Review resumes, cover letters, and any other finalized employability items and provide feedback. Responsible for managing student/graduate files, including updating contact information and collecting required forms. Participating in department events, staff meetings, open houses, and graduations Ability to review portfolios, resumes, and any other finalized employability items and offer critiques before the student graduates. Recommended Requirements At least four years experience in a customer service/sales-related field AA, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. Requirement High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at our facility daily physically. Benefits Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Personal time off.
