By handling all guest services matters, you ensure the guest are well cared for and have a memorable stay experience while visiting the Carolinas! You'll also: Handle guest registration and property management while maintaining proprietary information including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner Sell amusement park tickets Solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner by following Marriott’s guest recovery process Maintain property key control Stock the Market Maintain inviting lobby Respond to emergency situations by following hotel protocol. Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds. Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. You!
