This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, it requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and act as a reliable right hand in both professional and occasional personal matters.This is a fully remote position that requires strong English communication skills, discretion, and the ability to operate independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones and prioritizing effectively Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries Handle email correspondence, ensuring professional tone and timely follow-ups Prepare and track expense reports with high accuracy Conduct research and compile information quickly to support decision-making Assist with project coordination and task tracking across multiple priorities Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams as needed Maintain and organize documents, systems, and workflows Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise Exercise sound judgment in decision-making when the executive is unavailable Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Core Skills & QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required) Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, especially in scheduling, travel, and documentation Tech-savvy: comfortable with calendar tools, spreadsheets, project management platforms, and AI tools Strong research and problem-solving skills Sound judgment and ability to work independently Experience handling confidential information professionally Personality & Work StyleProactive and solution-oriented mindset Calm under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes Resourceful and able to navigate ambiguity without getting stuck Service-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Able to balance professionalism with effective, adaptable communication styles Knows when to escalate issues and when to handle them independently
