Building/Facility Maintenance

Responsibilities:Responsible for Preventive MaintenancePerform routine inspections and testing of critical systems (HVAC units, rectifiers, fire & security alarms, boilers, water softener, cameras) to identify and address issues before they cause disruptions.System Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (lighting, switches, outlets), and mechanical systems.General Upkeep: Handle minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs, as well as groundskeeping tasks like snow removal or landscaping when needed.Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and local building codes to ensure a hazard-free workplace.Qualifications:Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in skilled trades, including basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.Problem-Solving: The ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for equipment failures.Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for reporting issues, coordinating with vendors, and interacting with staff or guests.Certifications: Fork Lift Training5:30 am - 2:00 pm M-F 3:30 am -12:00 pm Monday & 4:30 am - 1:00 pm Tues-Fri
