INSTRUMENTATION & ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (I & E)
Location: Fort Pierce FL
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Maintains and troubleshoots instrumentation, electrical equipment, control system in a continuously operated salt-to-bleach clean chemical plant.
· You will join a small team of two people and report directly to the Plant Manager.
· Day Shift M-F
· Benefits, PTO, advancement etc.
· Opportunity for OT
**NO Travel
REQUIREMENTS:
Instrumentation & Electrical Certificate or Trade School equivalent preferred.
We will hire a new grad with this education completed OR
3+ years' experience in Industrial Instrument & Electrical Repair.
Proficient in reading electrical and instrument schematics, manuals.
Proficient in using all test equipment associated with troubleshooting instrument and electrical equipment.
GOOD TO HAVE:
HVAC experience and NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA standards grasp.
Tune controllers, Distributive Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
