Field Assurance Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Field Assurance Support Team Engineer. Key Responsibilities Provide remote support to Field Engineers and Vendors for network equipment integration Troubleshoot and resolve existing network equipment issues remotely Conduct pre/post work RAN health checks and ensure network service KPI assurance Required Qualifications Technical degree or relevant experience Knowledge of RAN technologies, specifically Samsung and/or Nokia Experience in remote network equipment triage and troubleshooting Experience in network KPI analysis High technical aptitude for assimilating technical concepts and new technology
