We encourage our teams to connect on multiple levels and support each other's personal and professional growth.What You'll DoLead the electrical design of projects across municipal, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure marketsDevelop and review electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage systemsCoordinate closely with mechanical, structural, civil, and architectural teams to deliver integrated designsProvide technical guidance, quality control, and design oversight throughout project lifecyclesServe as a key technical resource for project teams and clients, offering solutions to complex design challengesPerform drawings, specifications, plan markups and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standardsSupport project planning, scope development, and fee proposals from a technical perspectiveInterface with clients, utilities, contractors, and regulatory agencies as neededStay current on electrical codes, MEP trends, and emerging technologies and apply best practices to projectsContribute to continuous improvement of design standards, tools, and processes across the firmGo beyond the job description.
