Job Title: Java Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Boston, MA (Preferred) / Jersey City, NJ / Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite) (Required local candidate only )Duration:I 12–18 Months Contract-to-HireMust Have Skills:3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java developmentStrong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs, and MavenExperience with Apache Kafka and Event-Driven ArchitectureHands-on experience with Redis and caching strategiesStrong experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora PostgreSQL, SQL, and data modelingExperience with Liquibase for database migrationsKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and containerized applicationsExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesUnderstanding of Microservices Architecture, application security, and transactional systemsAgile/Scrum development experienceResponsibilities:Design, develop, test, and support enterprise Java applicationsCollaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to gather and implement requirementsDevelop scalable, secure, and high-performance applicationsParticipate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production supportSupport deployment activities and work closely with Infrastructure and DevOps teamsWrite unit tests and ensure code quality through best practicesFollow client technology standards, risk controls, and Agile methodologiesPreferred:Financial Services/Capital Markets experienceExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
