Our AI-driven platform combines Document Intelligence, Conversation Intelligence, and System Intelligence to simplify the entire admissions journey — reducing what used to take weeks into just hours.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Solutions Architect to be the senior technical voice in late-stage opportunities and complex integrations. You’ll validate feasibility, scope effort and risk, design solution blueprints, and help ensure deals are realistic and implementations scalable.Key Responsibilities• Lead technical discovery and run deep-dive sessions with client IT and admissions teams to capture systems, telephony/chat stack, SSO, security/compliance, and data-flow requirements.• Assess configuration vs. product gap vs. custom work; document trade-offs and risks for Sales and Product.• Validate feasibility and effort pre-contract; contribute to RFP responses, solution summaries, and executive technical presentations.• Create architecture diagrams, sequencing diagrams, integration specs, and SOW inputs.• Advocate customer priorities to Product/Engineering and help standardize repeatable deployment patterns.Translate business needs into technical and non-functional requirements (performance, privacy, retention, observability).Design integration approaches (APIs, webhooks, connectors), data contracts, CRM/SIS mappings, and event flows into EDMO.Required Experience• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre‑Sales Engineering, or senior technical consulting in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.• Demonstrated experience implementing integrations across CRM/SIS/ERP, telephony/contact‑center, identity providers, and data platforms.• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and iPaaS/MCP-style connectors.• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Slate, or similar CRMs, student information systems, and cloud infrastructures.• Proven experience leading technical workshops and communicating with enterprise stakeholders.Nice to Have• Higher education technology experience, AI/ML or conversational AI exposure, Professional Services background.Skills & Attributes• Systems thinking, strong communication skills, and pragmatic approach to delivery.• Customer-focused with the ability to push back constructively.Why EDMO?Join EDMO and help modernize higher education at scale.
