This role will focus on delivering training and support for Georgia’s HR system, Workday (GA@WORK).🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Deliver instructor-led virtual and in-person Workday training sessions• Support agency recruiters with talent acquisition best practices and recruiting process optimization• Maintain and update training materials, exercises, and course content• Analyze HR and training data to create reports and presentations• Assist with LMS administration and training enrollment activities• Research and implement training best practices for continuous improvement• Collaborate with stakeholders and respond to agency support requests🔹 Required Skills:• Experience delivering training through multiple platforms and methods• Strong communication and presentation skills• Program coordination and project management abilities• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and HR systems• Experience with HRIS/Workday environments preferred📩 Interested candidates can share resumes at:
