Lube & Tire Technician Sterling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Opelousas, LASterling CDJR is looking for motivated Lube & Tire Technicians who take pride in their work and want to be part of a successful, family-owned dealership serving Acadiana.This role is responsible for performing essential maintenance services that keep our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently. It's also an excellent entry point for individuals who want to build a long-term career in automotive service and eventually grow into an Automotive Technician role.Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes following manufacturer specificationsRotate, mount, and balance tiresPerform multi-point vehicle inspectionsIdentify potential vehicle concerns and report findings to service advisors or techniciansMaintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all work performedFollow all dealership and industry safety proceduresComplete required training provided by the dealership to continue developing your skillsWhat We're Looking For Some hands-on experience performing basic vehicle maintenance strongly preferredAutomotive shop experience is a plus but not requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnCoachable and able to take direction from senior techniciansAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills and attention to detailRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with clean driving recordMust be at least 18 years old due to insurance requirementsMust pass pre-employment background check and drug screenWhy Work at Sterling Automotive Group?
