Our collaborative company culture and generous comp/benefits approach combined with interesting and challenging projects allows our teams to flourish and grow professionally as well as personally.We are now seeking skilled and registered Traffic and Transportation Engineers to rain and mentor entry-mid level engineers, designers and analysts, prepare traffic impact and parking studies and develop applications/submissions to various jurisdictional groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traffic design software and civil engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct traffic studies and analyses to assess transportation needs and impacts.Design and develop traffic control plans and roadway designs compliant with local and state standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive transportation solutions.Perform Traffic Impact Analyses for various projects and provide recommendations based on findings.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.Conduct field inspections and assessments of existing transportation infrastructure.Utilize design software and tools to simulate and analyze traffic patterns and roadway designs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or EIT/EI license with plan to pursue PE5+ years of experience in traffic or transportation engineering.Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles, highway/roadway design, and civil engineering practices.Proficiency in traffic analysis tools such as Highway Capacity Software, Synchro, and Simtraffic.Experience with Traffic Impact Analysis and design is preferred.Familiarity with municipal zoning and land development regulations.Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a team environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options to fit you and your family's needs.Wellness Program: Resources and support to help you prioritize your mental, physical, and emotional health.Fitness MembershipPet Insurance401(k) & Roth Plans, Company Match, we contribute to grow your retirement savings faster.Generous PTO, Ample paid time off!Paid Company Events (ski trips, summer parties, holiday celebrations, we value time spent together as a team!)
