Leasing Specialist - Student Housing

Vie Management is hiring a Community Leasing Specialist to join our high-energy student housing community near the University of Texas. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or multifamily leasing who enjoy connecting with people, representing a brand, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lease apartment homes to students and drive occupancy Conduct in-person and virtual leasing tours Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to close leases Promote the community brand and student living experience Support marketing efforts, including campus outreach and local events Maintain model apartments and leasing office presentation standards Accurately enter and manage prospect data in the property management system Assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident engagement initiatives Deliver excellent customer service to prospects, residents, and families Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working weekends and flexible schedules Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Entrata Software a plus) Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, team-oriented environment Why Work at Vie Management Vie Management is a growing national student housing and multifamily company that believes strong onsite teams create exceptional communities.
