Marketing and Administrative Support for Non-Profit

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating events to ensure seamless daily operations. Support marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and assisting with email campaigns to increase community engagement. Offer exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, supporting donors and clients, and providing support at the reception area as needed. Perform clerical duties such as copying, faxing, mailing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems for easy access to vital documents. Collaborate with team members on special projects related to outreach, fundraising events, or community programs to maximize organizational impact. Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles within non-profit or community organizations is preferred. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) for bookkeeping purpose. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and support diverse community needs. Experience with office management tools such as multi-line phone systems and calendar management is desirable. Knowledge of clerical tasks like data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and customer support enhances your fit for this role. Join us in making a difference!
