Sushi/Line Cook

FAR Out Hospitality is seeking all front of house staff to join the new Press Cafe team. The chef-driven American restaurant concept from Armenta Restaurants (including Pacific Table, Towne Grill, Press Cafe (Clearfork), Maria's Mexican Kitchen, Tavern, F1 Smokehouse AND Le Margot) is excited to be opening another great restaurant in Aledo. Duties: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with food preparation and plating - Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations - Assist with catering events as needed Skills: - Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork skills We are seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu items. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, preparing delicious meals for our guests.
