Aggregate Plant Superintendent ***Night Shift ***

Key Responsibilities:Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas.Manage operations of the aggregate plant, including safety, production and maintenance; manage union employees.Manage team through training, motivation, and measuring goals.Support interaction and communication between employees, customers, and vendors.Manage and resolve customer issues.Help develop the operational business plan and manage using it as a guideline.Requirements:Associates degree preferred; or combination of education/technical school and relevant experience.Must be safety oriented and experienced with MSHA regulations.Previous construction management experience preferred.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
