This role is ideal for a physician who wants to step away from high-volume medicine and provide thoughtful, thorough care with a first-rate staff to an appreciative, engaged patient community.Position: Board Certified Physician - Internal or Family Medicine - with 5+ years of experience Patient load: Approximately 500 patients 100% outpatient Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00-5:00pm, Friday 8:00-12:00pm. Have flexibility on start/end times. Average Patient Load per day: 10-12 Call: Phone Call Only; as a concierge physician, you will provide your patients your phone number to provide clinical triage and phone support but after hours calls are infrequent (5-7 per week). We have flexibility to create a call schedule to be shared between 3 providers. Home Visits: a small number of our patients enjoy home visits when homebound or on hospice service. Social visits to your patients in the hospital are encouraged/expected but you will have no hospital duties. Can apply for privileges, but not required.
