Manual QA Tester

Job Title Responsibilities:Develop, document, and maintain test cases in Excel based on functional and technical specifications.Execute manual test cases and report defects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not compromised by new changes.Track and manage defects using a bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolution.Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities.Provide clear and concise test reports and documentation.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Requirements:Proven experience as a Manual Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.Proficiency in writing and managing test cases in Excel.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) is a plus.Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
