Automotive Dealership BDC Representative

DescriptionManage and contact all incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leadsContact present customers via phone, texting and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty.Work in close partnership with managers to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements.Establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations.Assist with special service projects / campaigns.Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departmentsPerforms other related duties as assigned.RequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:Strongly Preferred: Bilingual (English & Spanish)Must have general knowledge of all makes and models as we handle everything, including many high line unitsMust be good with technology (phones, computer, etc.)Must be highly organizedMust be able to work independentlyTeam playerEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Must have at least two years of BDC experience in the automotive space
