Office Administrator

A company is looking for an Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative operations in a remote environment Process accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role Proven experience using QuickBooks (required) Understanding of basic accounting principles Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness and ability to travel to the North New Jersey office as needed
