As a Lead Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, ensure smooth service, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, handling cash transactions, managing bar inventory, and supervising bar staff. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area while adhering to food and beverage safety standards. Leadership and teamwork are integral as you will assist in training team members and contributing to a positive work environment.QualificationsProven experience in Bartending and Food & Beverage to prepare a variety of cocktails and ensure menu knowledgeStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectivelyCash Handling proficiency to manage transactions accurately and efficientlyLeadership abilities to supervise and support junior staff and maintain a positive teamwork atmosphereFlexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environmentKnowledge of beverage safety and sanitation standardsPrevious leadership experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plusFood and beverage certifications, such as TIPS alcohol training or ServSafe, are preferred
