Sales Engineer
D&W Diesel, Inc. is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting existing customer relationships. This role combines direct sales responsibility with engineering and technical support to deliver customized system and package solutions that meet customer performance, safety, and profitability expectations.Job Responsibilities:Serve as technical approval advisor for product applications, installation, testing and maintenanceReview and advise on TTE package drawing designs by engineering teamAssist with SOP's for all production units prior to buildsProspect and develop new customer accountsManage assigned accounts for long-term growth and retentionDeliver customer presentations and secure product commitmentsResolve disputes and warranty issues efficientlyJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical disciplineKnowledge of dry and liquid bulk systems and tanker on/offloading is a plus2-5 years of successful sales or business development experience10+ years' experience as a mechanical/technical engineerStrong technical aptitude and analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProfessional selling expertiseAttend trade shows representing our products and servicesMust be willing to travel 25% - 30% with some overnightsD&W Diesel, Inc. is employee owned, $125 million business with over 300 employees in 8 locations.
