Job DescriptionMaintain auditable records of government owned property located at the facility, vendor/subcontractor facilities, and alternate sitesEnsure property records are complete to provide an audit trail of acquisition, receipt, identification, records, physical inventory, utilization, mainenance, disposition, and contract closeoutAssist and/or perform necessary tasks to complete physical inventory of government owned property and assets located on site and at alternate sitesAssist in preparing internal and external reports pertaining to government property and retain auditable backup data and filesEnsure that assets are received properly, identified, and recorded in the applicable system databaseEnsure compliance with regulatory (FAR & DFARS), internal policy & procedural, and contractual requirementsAssist in the performance of internal self-assessments, customer performed audits, and internal audits by gathering and reviewing applicable objective evidenceWork with contract administration, program management, engineering, and other inter-departmental employees in a professional mannerDemonstrate the ability to learn, adapt to, and utilize multiple system databases to include those proprietary to BAE Systems as well as government owned systemsMaintain up to date knowledge of industry practices, trends, and applicationsMaintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policiesAbility and willingness to perform other duties as requiredRequired Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentProficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proficient and professional communication skillsPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsPrefer National Property Management Association (NPMA) certificationPrefer experience in Defense Contracting environmentPrefer knowledge of PIEE modules (IUID Registry, GFP Module)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $51273 - $87164Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
