Office Specialist
Primary Function
The LifeTech Academy Office Specialist reports directly to the LifeTech Academy Office Manager to assist in the general, daily activities of the Academy Office.
Essential Duties
Assist with Engage sessions (semseter orientation)
Attend up to the first 30 minutes of each session and follow up with any Learner or Parents when the Learner is not present and inform the proper Grade level Coordinator for rescheduling
General Office Support
Phone system answering and forwarding
Coordinate in-office pick-up of Learner supplies at their respective regional office
Welcome and greet visitors/guests/vendors at their respective regional office
Maintain a clean work environment throughout all office spaces
Morning / opening prep
Afternoon / closing prep
Receiving and opening mail
Sort incoming mail as designated by the Office Manager
Scan & send invoice items to the Engaged Education Business Manager
Ordering
Monitor supply levels of general office supplies
Create supply orders when inventories warrant
Use of Amazon Order Request system
Creation of Order Requests via various vendors; i.e. Staples
Graduation / Commencement Assistance (1-2 Annually)
An integral member of the Commencement Team
Ordering of graduation caps, gowns, regalia, etc.
Onsite for Commencement set-up, even, and tear down
Other duties as assigned by the LifeTech Academy Office Manager, the LifeTech Academy Executive Director, and/or the Engaged Education Leadership Team

Driven work ethic
Willingness to participate in company-sponsored professional development
An ability to meet deadlines and organize multiple tasks
This position is an in-seat position with minimal travel requirements
Compensation
$35,568 annually
