CONSTRUCTION MANAGERPower Generation | West TexasOverviewConstruction Manager to support multiple new Power Generation (Powergen) projects launching in the coming months in West Texas.The selected candidate will start immediately, working alongside an established CM to get trained on project-specific standards and processes. Once up to speed, this individual will transition into the lead CM role on upcoming projects, with strong potential for continued placement across a growing Powergen portfolio.These are high-visibility projects with significant executive involvement. This role requires a CM who performs at the highest level, communicates proactively, and thrives under pressure and close oversight.ResponsibilitiesOversee all construction activities for Powergen facilities from mobilization through mechanical completion and commissioningEnsure project execution aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirementsCoordinate subcontractors, craft labor, and materials across multiple active workfrontsCommunicate regularly and clearly with senior project leadership and executive stakeholdersIdentify and resolve field issues promptly; document and escalate as neededEnforce all site safety programs, HSE protocols, and project-specific construction standardsMaintain accurate daily reports, RFI logs, submittals, and project documentationAbsorb project standards during onboarding and apply them independently on subsequent projectsRequired Qualifications8–10+ years of construction management experience in energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectorsProven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline projects from start to completionStrong communication skills with experience interfacing directly with executive-level project directorsAbility to perform under pressure in a high-scrutiny, detail-oriented environmentProficient with project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systemsMust be able to mobilize immediately and work on-site in West TexasPreferred QualificationsThe following are not required but will carry significant weight:Power Generation (Powergen) construction experience — strongly preferredBackground in compressor stations, gas processing, or midstream infrastructureEPC project experience with direct owner-representative accountabilityWhy This RoleLong-term opportunity with a clear path to additional projects within a growing Powergen programSupported onboarding structure — learn project standards before stepping into the lead roleHigh-visibility, executive-level projects for a CM looking to build a strong track record in Powergen
