Asset-Backed Finance Mid/Senior Level Associate

Paul Hastings’ Asset-Backed Finance Group is seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our team in New York. Candidates must have experience dealing with asset-backed finance transactions or asset based lending and will have participated in advising borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents and/or collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance offerings.Our Asset-Backed Finance group represents clients ranging from highly sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, and the group has played keys roles in implementing many well-established securitization platforms in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing practice.This position may reside in any of our office locations, but candidates must be admitted to practice law and be in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
