Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a culinary professional. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with experience in menu planning, food preparation, and fine dining service. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained. . Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food items with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal service. Provide excellent customer service during meal service, including catering events if necessary. Utilize knife skills for meal preparation and assist in training new staff as needed. Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Experience Experience in food preparation, cooking, and catering services is essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations is required.
