Network Engineer

Network Engineer IIWe are seeking a Wireless Engineer 2 to join our Customer Provided Equipment Wi-Fi Development team in the Englewood, CO office. Ideally, we are looking for a skilled, Wi-Fi Network Engineer with experience creating repeatable test cases and someone who is motivated to help us improve processes and create best standards within our lab.Required Skills:Able to work independently in a highly collaborative teamAble to work on-site in a lab environmentPassionate about continuous learningSelf-motivated and drivenAbility to think outside the box and is creative!3+ years with Wi-Fi Experience, or related experience working with hardware in a lab/testing environmentExperienced with testing equipment and test methodologiesAdditional Skills:Experience working with any MSO, Chipset Provider or Wi-Fi VendorExperience with 802.11 standardExperience with the following testing tools: Ixia, Spirent, Octobox and Rohde & SchwarzEducation: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experienceTravel:50% Office/50% lab EnvironmentRequired Skills: Must have skills/certs/technologies: • Prior experience working in a lab environment. • Some Wi-Fi experience or related coursework or lab work. • Prior testing experience. • Open to residential and commercial Wi-Fi • Python and Embedded Dev experience is very nice to have (not required) Basic Qualification: If they don't have Wi-Fi they need basic networking experience, this can be a role for someone just out of college but they must have worked in a environment.
