Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide virtual clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs while monitoring client progress
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective treatment and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active state licensure (if applicable)
Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, and ethical ABA services
