Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse position for the 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift at Elbert Memorial Hospital, located in Elberton, GA. The Registered Nurse will provide patient care, including administering medication, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards. Additional duties include patient education, maintaining medical records, responding to emergencies, and handling complex care needs with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications Proficient clinical skills in patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering treatmentsStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patientsExperience with medical documentation and understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and safety standardsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GeorgiaACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications will be requiredFlexibility to work night shifts and adapt to dynamic healthcare settingsPrevious hospital or acute care experience is a plus
