Social Media Content and Advertising Specialist
Role DescriptionCCM Sports Consulting is looking to add an experienced Social Media Content and Advertising Specialist to our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who enjoys producing content, managing social media campaigns and loves and understands sports! This is a part-time position that requires 3 hours of work per day Monday-Friday, with the occasional weekend support. Responsibilties The Social Media Content & Advertising Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic digital campaigns that drive sales, brand awareness, engagement and help expand brand reach.Create daily graphics & video content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platformsMonitor and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platform insightsPrepare regular performance reports outlining results, trends, pacing, and actionable recommendations QualificationsThe ideal Candidate must be familiar with the sports betting industrySports fan an asset. Have sound knowledge in MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, Soccer and golf Must be available M-F for 3 hours each day between the hours of 9am-2pm est, or 6am - 11pm cst. Have flexibility for limited weekend work during large sporting events Have 3-5 years experience in social media content creation, video editing, content production, or social media strategyProven success in building and executing campaigns across all social media platformsHands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media management toolsAbility to translate performance data into clear, actionable insightsProficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)Familiarity and comfortability with utilizing AI to speed up content productionExcellent storytelling, creativity, and visual communication skillsAbility to balance speed, quality, and performance outcomes
