For additional information, please email Scott W. @ ************* Vaccination & Booster encouraged, but declinations accepted & MUST be covid tested 2x/week at traveler/agency costRN may float to other Units to assist if neededPOSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWrite initial nursing histories, assess patients' conditions, develop individual care plans, and evaluate outcomes of patient care according to accepted standards of practice; consult with other specialists as required and adjust nursing care process as necessary.Document patient care from admission through discharge incorporating the Nursing Process.Administer and document medications with a thorough knowledge of types, dosages, drug interactions and incompatibilities.Practice safety measures in all activities associated with patient care.Support the mission and vision of ARMC. Consistently practice excellent customer service.Teach, delegate, and direct both professional and non-professional nursing staff and interpret the needs of each patient to all persons participating in patient care.Maintain current knowledge relating to new developments and therapeutic measures for total patient care.Participate in the development of nursing policies and procedures and Quality Assurance activities.
