Operator for Bakery Manufacturer in SpartanburgWe are seeking dedicated Operators on both 1st and 2nd shifts for a bakery manufacturing facility to join our team in Spartanburg. This role is responsible for operating all equipment involved in the manufacturing of finished goods, adhering to food safety standards, and sanitizing the machines to maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production, baking, and manufacturing processes, with a focus on safety, sanitation, and operational excellence. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional bakery products.Details2 immediate positions available on 2nd shift. Start time is 2:00 pm.2 positions available on 1st shift. Start time is 5:00 am.May be four 10 hour days or five 8 hour days with weekends as needed depending on client workload.Two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break every day.Must be able to lift up to 50 pound bags of product and you will be standing most of the day.This is a temporary to permanent position that may allow you to be hired at 90 days after start date.
