Senior Full Stack Java Tech Specialist-React.Js

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Java PLM Engineer with strong expertise in Centric PLM, Java development, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting critical production applications, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and delivering enhancements within a fast-paced Agile environment. This role requires a blend of application support, PLM configuration, and backend development experience.

Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Create and maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB) for recurring incidents. Support and mentor offshore teams on incident management processes. Configure and enhance PLM applications, preferably Centric PLM.Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Build and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices. Work with Azure SQL and MongoDB databases. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide weekday and weekend production support during PST business hours.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating and maintaining KEDB documentation. Experience working in a support and development hybrid environment. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
