Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family-owned company with a long-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders.OpportunityThe Project Manager, Store Design & Visual Merchandising will lead the end-to-end execution of retail design and visual merchandising initiatives across new store openings, renovations, and seasonal rollouts. This role is critical in translating creative vision into operational excellence—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards. Acting as the central connector between creative, construction, vendors, and field teams, this individual brings strong project management discipline, design sensibility, and a deep understanding of retail environments.What You'll Get to DoProject Execution & DeliveryManage multiple store design and visual merchandising projects simultaneously across all phases, including concept development, design documentation, fabrication, and installationDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, risks, and dependenciesEnsure projects progress according to approved scope, budget, and timelinesCoordinate installation schedules and ensure readiness for store openings and seasonal launchesConduct site visits, oversee installations, and support post-opening issue resolutionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with the Director of Retail to translate creative direction into actionable project deliverablesSupport the development and implementation of store layouts, fixture packages, and VM elementsReview drawings, specifications, and vendor submissions to ensure alignment with design intent and brand standardsMaintain and contribute to global store design and visual merchandising guidelinesCoordinate cross-functional timelines between Store Design & VM, Procurement, Finance, and Field teamsPartner with field teams to ensure in-store execution aligns with brand expectationsVendor Management & OperationsServe as the primary point of contact for external vendors, including millworkers, fixture fabricators, and VM production partnersManage bid processes, vendor timelines, and deliverablesTrack fabrication progress and proactively resolve production or installation challengesMonitor project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing in partnership with Finance and ProcurementIdentify cost efficiencies while maintaining design integritySupport value engineering initiatives and operational decision-makingMaintain clear communication across stakeholders through regular status updates and reportingPrepare project summaries and executive-ready updates for leadership reviewsAnticipate risks and elevate issues proactively with proposed solutionsWe'd Love to Meet You If You HaveBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or related field5-8 years of experience in retail store design, visual merchandising, or project managementProven experience supporting retail store openings and rollouts preferredStrong understanding of retail environments, fixtures, materials, and construction processesAbility to read and markup architectural drawingsProficiency in CAD and project management toolsExceptional organizational and time-management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyWe welcome Creators Of All Kinds. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
