We’re seeking a **Intake Representative Bilingual Spanish Speaking** who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. We offer weekly pay between $21.00-$23.00 an hour! Office hours Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. The office address is: 148 39th St. Suite 19-4-BB Brooklyn, NY 11232. Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysEmployee assistance programs and wellness initiativesFlexible options to support a balanced life What You'll Do:Receive referrals from referral sourcesVerify patients’ insurance coverage to determine eligibilityEducate patients on available servicesAssist patients with scheduling assessments required to determine eligibility for care, including NYIA (Maximus)Submit referrals to MLTC plans for potential enrollmentDetermine services approved by insurance providersEnsure the agency receives authorization for MLTC cases and provide case details to the agency’s HHA Coordination teamThis description reflects assignment of essential functions; management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time that are not listed above.What You'll Bring:Strong communication skills, oral and written.Excellent interpersonal skills.Intermediate level computer skills, including creating and modifying documents using Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) HHAexchange and Salesforce.comAbility to key quickly and accurately.Education and Experience:High School diploma or GED required.At least two (2) years of previous experience in Customer Service or telephone sales.Physical Requirements:Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
