Part Time Event Staff

The Position: Looking for evening and weekend event staff members. The pay range we’re offering starts at $16.50 per hour. Benefits to working at Shadow Ridge Country Club include but are not limited to: Guaranteed select holidays off (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) Flexible scheduling Shorter evening / weekend shifts Responsibilities: Setting up and tearing down event spaces accordingly to management’s instruction Greet guests in a mature and courteous manner using proper dialogue Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items. Maintain service station, before, during and after shift to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates. Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Requirements: Must be 16 or older to apply. High School experience or equivalent preferred Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system Team Player, ability to work within a team environment Prefer a minimum of one year of service experience Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with Members and coworkers Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays with two hands Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts/ week To request an application, please email humanresources@ shadowridgecountryclub.com.
