This role provides strategic leadership across recruitment, enrollment, family engagement, and community partnerships, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, systems improvement, and performance monitoring.The Manager ensures alignment with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework, and program goals by using real-time data to drive decision-making, strengthen outreach pipelines, and improve family outcomes.Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.Pay Rate: $38.00/hourWhy You'll Love RiversideWe make a true difference in people’s lives through rewarding work.
