Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description Don't miss out on this FANTASTIC employment Opportunity.Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. is seeking a full time Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our team maintaining 5 multifamily apartment communities located in Lynnwood, Snohomish, Marysville and Stanwood. Each property provides affordable housing to eligible seniors age 62 and older or developmentally delayed adults. The Senior Maintenance Tech will work with the onsite managers and team member(s) who will schedule the work to prep units for re-rental as well as perform repairs and maintenance to the buildings and common areas.This is a hands on position with administrative duties of 1 hour per day.Additional qualifications for candidates include:Exemplary customer service and ability to effectively team buildAbility to paint and prep apartment homes for re-rental, conversant in basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.Ability to perform preventative maintenance checks and remediesAbility to monitor contract compliance with contracted laborAbility to obtain comparable bids for capital improvement projects.Conversant with safety practicesStrong attention to detail, ability to multi-taskAble to address emergency maintenanceAbility to perform all duties assigned in an efficient, timely, reliable and courteous mannerMust possess a valid Driver's License and insuranceHigh School diploma or equivalent required with four to five years' experience in facility maintenanceAbility to provide excellent customer servicePositive attitude & high energyHigh degree of flexibility and tolerance for changeAbility to take and follow direction, work in both a team environment and independently, without supervisionAble to perform medium work -- frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling 20 -- 50 lbs, climbing (ascending or descending ladders, stairs), stooping, kneeling, crouching, etc'Experience with Yardi is preferred.Please, only serious and committed applicants are invited to apply.Equal Opportunity Employer
