Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that values innovation and professionalism. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and building activity, assist with visitor and/or vendor interactions, and report maintenance, life system, or security-related issues that may impact daily operations. Support property operations by following post orders, communicating clearly with tenants and staff, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location during assigned shifts. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Confidential Clearance is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
