This role is fully remote, and the selected candidate must be available to work during PST business hours to support client operations and collaborate with teams across the USA. Candidates who can directly work on our payroll are encouraged to apply.The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade applications built on the Microsoft .NET technology stack. This role requires strong hands-on experience in both application development and production support, ensuring business-critical systems remain highly available, scalable, and performant. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to design new features, resolve production issues, monitor system health, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. The position also involves troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, optimizing application performance, supporting deployments, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and SQL Server with advanced T-SQL skills. Experience with production support for enterprise applications, incident management, debugging, and application monitoring is essential. Additional experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud is highly preferred. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, microservices architecture, and modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular will be a strong advantage.
